Job Description: President of BNI Europe
This individual will be based in Prague, the Czech Republic. Reporting to the President of International Operations and Development, this individual will help execute BNI’s strategic plan and support day-to-day operations to achieve key objectives. In this role, you will ensure that our master and sub-franchisees receive the support, guidance and coaching necessary to grow their business. At the same time, you will protect the standards that have made us successful for the last 3 decades. This is a rare opportunity to join this dynamic, forward-thinking team in a senior leadership role.
The President of BNI Europe will:
- Provide hands-on leadership to build the capabilities of your team, attract strong talent and ensure we’re making the best use of available resources
- Help franchisees achieve new levels of success while supporting BNI’s ongoing franchise development process
- Lead projects that enhance member satisfaction and franchisee success.
- Conduct analysis to prioritize initiatives that support member & franchisee success.
- Facilitate an effective franchisee communication strategy, integrating multiple cross-functional elements, to ensure key objectives are met
- Be a strong advocate for members and franchisees in Europe
- Develop a strong vision and identify opportunities and tactical approaches to achieve excellence
- Adapt corporate processes and objectives and ensure timely implementation
Job Requirements (please only apply if you strictly meet the criteria below):
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 GPA or higher from a top-ranked institution; MBA from a top-ranked institution preferred
- 10+ years of experience in management of operations in a service-based franchise
- Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Seasoned and comfortable at holding conference calls, large meetings, and business reviews
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language and other languages relevant to the markets
- Strong understanding of how to manage a budget
- Proficiency with MS Office and other standard office software applications
- An appreciation and excitement for our culture of Givers Gain®
- Clean background with impeccable references
- The ability to travel reasonably frequently both in and out of the region
